
Zoran Grozdanov | THEOLOGY
Is a theologian from Croatia. He is Assistant Professor of theology at the University Center for Protestant Theology Matthias Flacius Illyricus at the University in Zagreb. In English he has published Balkan Contextual Theology: An Introduction, London and New York: Routledge, 2022. (with Stipe Odak); Flourishing in Christ: Essays in Honour of Miroslav Volf, Wipf&Stock, Oregon, 2017. (with Ryan McAnnally-Linz and Matt Croasmun) and Theology: Descent into the Vicious Circles of Death: On the 40th Anniversary of Jurgen Moltmann’s “The Crucified God”, Wipf&Stock, Oregon, 2016. He was the initiator and editor of the Croatian edition of the International Journal of Theology Concilium (published in 5 languages) 2010-2018 and was also active in non-govermental organizations within which he has initiated and coordinated national campaign for abandoning VAT taxes of food donations to the charities (2015).
During his doctoral research he was scholarship holder of Evangelische Kirche Deutschland when he studied under Jürgen Moltmann in Tübingen. He was also visiting researcher at University in Münster, Germany, at 2019.
