Shemot (Exodus) 2, 23-24

And the children of Israel sighed by reason of the bondage, and they cried, and their cry came up unto God by reason of the bondage. And God heard their groaning

וַיֵאָנְח֧ו בְנֵֽי־יִשְראֵ֛ל מִן־הָעֲבֹד֖ה וַיִזְעָ֑קו וַתַ֧עַל שַוְעָתָ֛ם אֶל־הָאֱלהִ֖ים מִן־הָעֲבֹדֽה׃ וַיִשְמַ֥ע אֱלהִ֖ים אֶת־נַאֲקתָ֑ם

What suffering does the people of Israel express? What is the true door to enter into the consciousness of suffering? Three Jewish roots (nun alef kof, נאק – shin waw ayin, שוע – zayin ayin kof, (זעק (will lead us from the slavery of Egypt to the unheard cry that reaches straight to the heart.
